March 3rd is the birthday of Jamshetji Nusserwanji Tata (1839-1904), the visionary who laid the foundations for Science and Research in India: Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. As a mark of respect to this noble individual, floral tributes are offered. This year today (rather late evening) also is a Full Moon Day (and a lunar eclipse) marking the Festival of Colours - HOLI.
Quite coincidently as festival of colours would set in, the Riot of Colours unravels its vibrancy.
