IISc Founders Day 2007 and Riot of COLOURS

March 3rd is the birthday of Jamshetji Nusserwanji Tata (1839-1904), the visionary who laid the foundations for Science and Research in India: Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. As a mark of respect to this noble individual, floral tributes are offered. This year today (rather late evening) also is a Full Moon Day (and a lunar eclipse) marking the Festival of Colours - HOLI.

Quite coincidently as festival of colours would set in, the Riot of Colours unravels its vibrancy.

Musings at Hebbal

I plan to re-start posting on this blog. Its been almost a year. Let me see how long I can sustain this. For now I am starting with Hebbal Tank, a man-made tank in north Bangalore.
